For a second year, Rensselaer will be renewing the Microsoft Campus Agreement. This annual licensing program provides the faculty and staff within Rensselaer's various schools and departments with access to popular Microsoft products. Available software includes Windows upgrades to Windows 2000 and the Millennium Edition, Office 2000 Professional, Front Page, and Visual Studio, among others.
It's yearly signup and renewal time, so if you aren't already in the program, now's your chance to sign up! Interested faculty and staff who would like more information may contact Site Software Licensing Manager Jeff Burdyl by directing e-mail to burdyj@rpi.edu. Interested individuals should also note that there is a fee for participating in the program.
The administrative deans and directors for each department will receive a letter soon, including complete instructions on how to participate in the program.
The deadline for applications is October 27, 2000.
