Current Contents Connect Now Available

The Rensselaer Libraries are pleased to offer web access to ISI's Current Contents Connect (CC Connect), a product that provides access to up to two years' worth of current awareness research information from all seven print editions of Current Contents. With a standard Web browser and Internet access, Users can conveniently access the weekly data in Current Contents. All current functions of the former telnet product are available in CC Connect, with the addition of enhanced features such as sophisticated profiling, multi-query searching, and table-of-contents browsing.

The Current Contents Connect Home Page appears once you have successfully logged on to the program. Click the START button at the top of the page to set search limits and begin searching. You may conduct searches by:

Users can limit their search session by a time frame, from the latest week of data to the latest six months of data or longer. Text-sensitive help is available at all stages of your search.

CC Connect provides a profiling (current awareness) service with numerous options that create powerful search profiles; users can keep up-to-date on topics of professional interest as well as information on research developments.
