ACS to Offer Laptop Start-Up Sessions

Academic Computing Services will offer the following laptop start-up sessions for those users who have questions about using their new machines and who wish to drop by for general assistance.

• General Laptop Care (including using the EZ-Snapshot backup service and updating anti-virus software) -- August 30, 4:00pm Sage 5101
  

• Maple -- August 30, 5:00pm Sage 5101

• Printing and File Sharing -- August 30, 4:00pm JEC 3210

• E-mail and Web Browsing -- August 30, 5:00pm JEC 3210

ACS will repeat these help sessions, at the same times and locations, on September 6.

Participants should bring their "Computing @ Rensselaer" documentation with them for reference.
