For the first two weeks of classes (August 27 through September 9), the computer labs in Pittsburgh, Sage, Troy, and Walker will be open from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday through Thursday, and from 8:00am to 8:00pm on Friday. Facilities in the VCC, on the third floor of the CII, in JEC 3207, in some laptop rooms, and in all dorms will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All computer rooms will begin the following regular schedules on Sunday, September 10.

In addition to the two permanent Help Desk locations in the VCC and CII, CIS will also have a new satellite Help Desk, located on the first floor of Warren Hall.
The new site, which will be accessible by card key 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will be open Monday, August 21 through Saturday, August 26, from 1:00pm to 10:00pm. During this time, the Help Desk staff will respond to users' problems invovling various CIS services, including TV cable connections, network connectivity, misconfigured laptops, malfunctioning telephones, etc.
Beginning on Monday, August 28, the Warren site will begin the following regular schedule:
Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
The Campus Computer Store, located on the main floor of the Voorhees Computing Center, is open from 10:00am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
