If you are on a non-RCS system, and you want to transfer files to or from your RCS account, you can FTP from the machine you are on to the server ftp.rpi.edu.
FTP also contains its own on-line help; to see a list of available FTP commands, enter either the command help or ? at the ftp> prompt.
