E-Mail Concerns

If you have a problem with e-mail, or are being harassed by someone via e-mail, or have received a chain letter, send e-mail to postmaster@rpi.edu

CUSSP

If you are a CUSSP (Campus UNIX System Support Program) customer and you have a question or problem, send e-mail to cussp@rpi.edu.

Usenet

If you have a problem with Usenet or wish to start a new RPI newsgroup, send e-mail to usenet@rpi.edu.

Computer Security

If you think that someone has unauthorized access to computer equipment or computing resources at Rensselaer, send e-mail to security@rpi.edu.

Hostnames and IP Addresses

If you have a new machine that needs a hostname and IP address, send e-mail to hostmaster@rpi.edu with appropriate machine information.
