How do I obtain an IP address? Send mail to hostmaster@rpi.edu. Give your name, name of primary user of the host, physical location of the machine (room number, building name etc), your telephone number, domain name the host is a member of (for instance, rpi.edu), desired host name, type of machine and operating system, serial number if known, name of person doing system administration if different from primary user)
