Where Are We?

The ARC Help Desk Services has two main points of operation. We have front desks in the VCC and in the CII room 3111. Consultants are expected to be familiar with both locations, and what is available at each of them. The outpost in the CII is just that, an outpost, and as such has a much lower level of service available: we run shorter hours, don't reimage, and don't have an external phone line there.
