What Do We Do?

At the Help Desk, we are committed to assisting the RPI community to the best of our abilities with computing matters. We are here to help with the configuration of computers, with solving software problems, and assisting with the distribution of licensed software to the RPI Mobile Computing program. We also serve as a front line to Division of the Chief Information Officer (dotCIO) and ARC for taking problem reports.
