Phone Management

There are 3 ways that we take questions/problems: the front desk, the phone and e-mail. This typically is also the priority in which we address the problems, though once we are working on a problem, we work on it, until it is finished. If there is a line of people stretching out of the door typically we will log all but one phone off and deal with the people who walk up first. At times when this is expected, some people may well be sent to the back office to exclusively answer phones.
