RPI Hockey

My late husband, Arthur T. Kornblut, graduated from RPI in 1963 with a bachelor's degree in architecture. He went on to law school and then devoted his legal career to serving architects and engineers in professional practice. He died in 1993 at the age of 50.
Art was manager of the hockey team for at least two years — 1961 and 1962. Ned Harkness was the coach during that time.
Hockey at RPI was an important part of Art's collegiate experience. He kept the sticks as mementos of that period of his life. I could not throw them out when he died — and now I know why. I hope that by returning them to RPI, others will remember their happy days at the "'Tute."
I send congratulations to RPI on its 175th anniversary. Best wishes for a successful yearlong celebration.
