In Search of ... All Rensselaer Alumni

The Bernard C. Harris Publishing Company has begun compiling entries for an all-new alumni directory, scheduled for publication in fall 1999.
   The 1999 Alumni Directory will be the most up-to-date and complete reference of more than 60,000 Rensselaer graduates ever compiled. This comprehensive volume will include current name and name when a student (if different), as well as class year(s) and degree(s) earned from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Rensselaer at Hartford. Each biographical listing will also include home address, phone number, e-mail address, and detailed professional information.
   The new 1999 edition will list alumni alphabetically with the information outlined above, by class year, by geographic location, and by occupation in a special career networking section. In addition, all alumni with an e-mail address will be listed by name with their corresponding class year and e-mail address in a separate section of the directory.
   Harris recently mailed a questionnaire to each alumnus. Please fill it out and return it as soon as possible. You can expect a follow-up phone call for verification in May.    With your participation, the 1999 edition of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Alumni Directory will be the best ever.
