The LRC’s Narendran Elected Fellow of IESNA Nadarajah Narendran, director of research at Rensselaer’s Lighting Research Center (LRC), has been named a fellow of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA). The designation is given annually to a member of the society who has made a valuable contribution to the society’s technical activities and to the illumination science and engineering profession. Narendran — the fourth LRC faculty member to receive the honor, along with Peter Boyce, Russell Leslie, and Mark Rea — will be honored with the fellow pin in August during the IESNA Annual Conference in Chicago.
