Online Reservations for Commencement Picnic

Plans are under way for a festive campuswide picnic for graduates and their families following Commencement 2002. To aid in preparing for the picnic, the Office of University Events is requesting that each graduate register the number of guests who will attend at the Reservations for the Graduate Picnic page.

Tickets for the picnic, which are free of charge, will be distributed with the Commencement tickets at Status Check.

Commencement 2002 will be held Saturday, May 18, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the Harkness Field. The picnic will be held at various sites around the main campus. A Web site has been set up to provide complete details on the ceremony, information on related events, and other important dates and facts.
