      The Workshop will provide a premier venue to bring together researchers and practitioners working in all theoretical and applied research areas of pervasive computing and networking. The scope of the meeting includes the following subjects:

       The program includes presentation by the distinguished invited speakers and the proceedings will be published by the Kluwer Academic Publishers. Attendance is limited and free, thus, we request that a letter of intent (LOI) be sent to the program chair to secure reservation for participation.
