RPI-TROY Map

Take Albany Shaker Road and go south (airport on your left side).

When you see the I-87 bridge, follow the I-87 North sign and turn left AFTER you pass the bridge. You are now on I-87 Northbound.

Take Exit 7 to RT-7 Troy (stay in the right lane of the ramp, and merge right into RT-7 as soon as you can.  If you don't change lane it will bring you to RT-9).

Continue on RT-7 for about 5 miles.  As RT-7 ends you will see a traffic light. Turn right onto 8th street.

Turn left at the first traffic light onto Peoples Avenue.

Turn right at the first traffic light onto 15th street.

Continue on 15th street and after you pass a pedestrian bridge, then turn left into the Visitors Information Center.  There is a parking lot for visitors only.  Ask for a temporary parking permit and our CS department will pay the parking fee.

Cross the pedestrian bridge and CII is the first building in front of you. The workshop is to be held in CII 4050

Take 4th street northbound (hotel on your left). 

Turn right onto Federal street. 

Go straight at the first traffic light and Federal street becomes Sage Avenue. 

Go all the way up until you see a pedestrian cross. 

Turn right and you are on campus.  The building in front of you is Troy Building. The workshop is to be held in CII 4050 (CII is the Low Center for Industrial Innovation).  Consult the campus map for the rest of the walk
