the support of university/industry collaborative research and technology
transfer in a range of technologies. A list of all CATs and their
areas of expertise can be found on the NYSTAR

The CATs are funded by the New York State

research institutions and industry
- Promote and facilitate the commercial use
of the state's academic-based technology and intellectual property
