Seminar in Industrial Psychology

This class integrates research and practice in industrial psychology. In-depth coverage of current issues relevant to job analysis, personnel selection, placement, performance evaluation, and compensation is provided. The implications of legislation enacted to provide equal employment opportunity on personnel issues is also examined. Prerequisite: graduate status or permission of instructor. Annually.
