MATH-4200

Mathematical Analysis I

Fundamental concepts of mathematical analysis. Term one of a two-term sequence covering such topics as the real number system, limits, sequences, series, convergence, uniform convergence, functions of one variable, continuity, differentiability, Riemann integration, functions of several variables, line, surface, and volume integrals. Qualified as a writing-intensive course. Prerequisites: differential and integral calculus. Fall term annually.
