Classification and identification of microscopic and macroscopic aquatic plant and animal life. Chemical analysis sufficient to relate the organisms to their environment. Measurement of the physical characteristics of a lake. Field and laboratory studies on different aquatic systems. Classes conducted at Darrin Fresh Water Institute on Lake George. Prerequisite: permission of instructor. Offered on availability of faculty.
