Applied Operations Research

An introduction to the application of deterministic and stochastic operations research. Students will learn how to apply common optimization methods to the point of formulation and computer solution. Case studies and examples are solved using a microcomputer solutions package. Prerequisite: DSES-6110 or permission of instructor. Spring term annually.
