Advanced Steel Design

Advanced analysis and design of complex metal structures. Flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid connections. Plate girders, torsional design. Effects of semi-rigid connections on structural stability. Prerequisite: CIVL-4070 or equivalent. Spring term annually.
