Services for Guests with Special Requirements

Please make sure all fields are filled out. All requests must be received by April 15, 2013.

If you are requesting a wheelchair or assistive listening device, a credit card will be required for a deposit on the day of Commencement.


Wheelchairs Standard wheelchairs are available for guests who need them. Guests with wheelchairs will be seated with their families at the end of an aisle. A credit card number for a deposit will be required the day of Commencement.

Assistive Listening Devices There will be Assistive Listening devices for individuals who are hard of hearing available for use during the Commencement ceremony. Please request them in advance of the ceremony so we can accommodate your needs. A credit card number for a deposit will be required the day of Commencement.

Large Print Programs Large print programs will be available free of charge. The quantity of large print programs available is limited.

Interpreters Sign language interpreters are available upon request for the Commencement ceremony.
