2009 Sustainability Charrette

The Sustainability Charrette was initiated at the request of Rensselaer President Jackson as a way of involving a broad cross-section of the Rensselaer community in efforts to incorporate sustainability into our campus culture (i.e., education, research, operations, and day-to-day behavior).
Over the course of 24 hours, participants worked in inter-disciplinary teams of Rensselaer students, faculty, alumni, administration, and staff to generate creative and realistic suggestions for implementation at Rensselaer.
