2012 W-2 Information Now Available on Employee
Self-Service System

Rensselaer’s Payroll Office has announced that 2012 W-2 forms are now available via the Rensselaer Self-Service Information System.

To view your personal W-2 information:

1.) Sign in to the Rensselaer Self-Service Information System website at sis.rpi.edu/rss/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin and click on Human Resources/
Payroll Menu.

2.) Click on Tax Forms, then click on W-2 Year End Earnings Statement.

3.) Click on 2012 DISPLAY.

The W-2 year-end statement that appears is your actual W-2 form. Feel free to print the form for your records or to file with your personal income tax return.

The Payroll Office will generate paper W-2 forms for those individuals who did not elect to waive printing. These forms will be delivered to the appropriate departments by the end of the month or mailed to the permanent address currently listed in Banner.
