The City of Troy and the Friends of Prospect Park hosted their annual Earth Day celebration with a work day in the park. Close to 40 Rensselaer students volunteered their services for the day. "It is community involvement, demonstrated by the students from RPI, that makes it possible for Troy's green spaces to be places where Trojans can go to refresh their spirit," said Peter Grimm, president of the Friends of Prospect Park and director of university events at Rensselaer.
