The Farmers Market, which is organized by the Student Sustainability Task Force, is held every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the North Lobby of the Rensselaer Union (by the fish tank). The Market’s weekly vendors typically include:
Maynard Orchard: Offers a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Worldling’s Pleasure: Selection of cheeses, spreads, and desserts.
Gelateria Lisa: Fresh, artisan gelato made from scratch in Troy’s Little Italy.
DeFazio's Pizza: Several flavors of stromboli, tomato pies, cookies, breads, pastas, and more.
Our Daily Eats: Nuts and granola, including gift boxes.
My Linh: Vietnamese sandwiches, rolls, and sauces.
Rad Soap Company: Locally made, natural soaps.
