Student-Athletes Named to Liberty League Fall All-Academic Team

The 2011 Liberty League Fall All-Academic Team has been announced, and 66 Rensselaer student-athletes have been honored. Student-athletes must have at least sophomore athletic and academic standing with a minimum grade point average of 3.20 to be selected. The fall sports include men’s and women’s cross country, field hockey, football, men’s golf, and men’s and women’s soccer.

“We are very proud of the accomplishments of our student-athletes both on the field and in the classroom,” said Jim Knowlton, director of athletics. “They continue to prove you can achieve excellence in both.”
