College Suites at City Station Offers Graduate Student Housing in Troy

Designed with today’s student in mind, the College Suites at City Station development in downtown Troy offers an atmosphere where Rensselaer graduate student residents can live, learn, and relax.

Located on the southwestern corner of the Rensselaer campus, the new mixed-use development provides housing for 184 graduate students. Each three- or four-bedroom apartment comes fully furnished, with kitchens, washers and dryers, and most with a private bedroom and a private bathroom.

Additional features include Internet and cable hook-up, 24-hour security monitoring, proposed street-level restaurants and retail stores, common areas, dishwashers, air conditioning, study areas, gaming room, and bike storage.

Rensselaer’s Office of Graduate Education is working closely with the United Group — owner, developer, and manager of College Suites at City Station — to review applications.
