Rensselaer’s faculty includes National Science Foundation Presidential Faculty Fellows, members of the National Academy of Engineering, the National Academy of Sciences, and other eminent professional organizations. Following is the Promotion and Tenure list for fall 2009:
Nancy Campbell, in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, has been promoted to professor of science and technology studies.
Shawn Lawson, in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, has been promoted to associate professor of arts, with tenure.
Saroj Nayak, in the School of Science, has been promoted to professor of physics.
T. Ravichandran, in the Lally School of Management & Technology, has been promoted to professor of management.
Tarek Abdoun, in the School of Engineering, has been promoted to professor of civil engineering.
Deepak Vashishth, in the School of Engineering, has been promoted to professor of biomedical engineering.
