Phalanx Seeks Nominations: Deadline January 29
Phalanx, Rensselaer's senior student honor society, is seeking nominations for outstanding students to be selected into its membership. Founded in 1912, Phalanx recognizes students who have distinguished themselves among their peers in the areas of leadership, service, and devotion to the alma mater.

Phalanx is asking faculty and staff members to nominate any junior, senior, or graduate student who they feel fits this criteria. Nominations can be accessed from the Phalanx website at: http://phalanx.union.rpi.edu/.

Additionally, Phalanx is accepting nominations for freshmen and sophomores to the White Key Society, which recognizes students in these class years for their emerging leadership; faculty and staff members with five years of service or more to the Institute are eligible to be nominated for Honorary Phalanx.

Phalanx encourages the campus community to take the time and recommend excellent individuals for these groups. All nominations are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 29. If you have any questions, e-mail phalanx@union.rpi.edu or visit the Web site at http://phalanx.union.rpi.edu/.
