The Red Hawks, who finished 5-11, helped Rensselaer student-athletes post an average grade point average of 3.11 for the term. That GPA ranked higher than that of the entire campus, which had an average of 3.05, as well as that of non-student-athletes, which was also a 3.05. Thirteen of Rensselaer’s athletic programs boasted average GPAs of 3.10, including nine with a 3.3 or better.
