MS-MBA Modernization Seminars To Be Held in Hartford
The Hartford Department of the Lally School of Management & Technology is offering the MS-MBA Modernization Seminar, a five-day program designed for business professionals who acquired their degrees prior to the dramatic changes in technology and science. Specifically intended for experienced business leaders who earned their MBA or MS degrees in 2000 or before, this weeklong academic series is focused on contemporary issues in management and technology. The MS-MBA Modernization program will be delivered in half-day sessions covering topics focused on three specific content areas: Technology, Strategy & Policy, and Operations.

Dramatic changes in technology, international trade and operations, and business strategy have created a need to update business leaders in concepts and
practices of the 21st century. The program provides the opportunity for seasoned management professionals to reinvigorate their advanced business degree(s) with modern business knowledge and best practices that will drive organizational change, stimulate innovation, and build on their abilities to compete in the current global business community.

Two sessions of the seminar will be offered in the spring of 2008: March 17-21 and May 19-23 at Rensselaer’s Hartford Campus. Complete details, including registration information, are available online at: www.ewp.rpi.edu/mod/index.html.
