Rensselaer Admissions greeted more than 1,200 visitors for the annual Rensselaer Medalist Open House Oct. 11.
High school seniors, honored for their achievements in mathematics and science with a $60,000 scholarship to Rensselaer, had the opportunity to hear from faculty, students, and staff at the event. After a kick-off in the Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center by Vice President for Enrollment James Nondorf, families explored Rensselaer’s academic departments, visited residence and dining halls, learned about student clubs, and enjoyed campus athletic events.
