Students in Rensselaer’s first International Scholars Program (ISP), Class I, received their graduate certificates at a dinner celebration on Aug. 14 at the Hartford campus. The 19 students earned 40 percent of the requirements toward earning either a Rensselaer M.S. in Management degree or a Rensselaer M.S. in Information Technology degree during the 10-week summer program. ISP participants took part in a global learning experience in Europe and Asia. The group sailed aboard Cunard Line’s Queen Mary 2 for the transatlantic journey from New York to Southampton, England. Then the group separated, with students in the Enterprise Management track traveling to Barcelona and Shanghai, while participants in the Information Technology track traveled to Rome, Italy, and Warsaw, Poland.
