Acclaimed lighting designer Jennifer Tipton has turned the nearly completed EMPAC building into a dynamic light sculpture that can be seen from near and far. The “Light Above the Hudson” installation uses recent innovations in lighting to illuminate the EMPAC building. The installation will remain up until Feb. 3.
