 Rensselaer hockey fans are invited to the 31st annual Big Red Freakout, a raucous ice hockey tradition! The evening begins with the Big Red Freakout Ice House, featuring a buffet dinner at the Heffner Alumni House. Get into the spirit with a Rensselaer “tattoo” or have your face painted by the Red & White Student Organization. Weather permitting, there will also be ice skating for those who want to bring their skates. Ice House attendees may park at the Heffner Alumni House and take the free shuttle to the Houston Field House for the Big Red Freakout game against Princeton. After the game, the shuttle will bring fans back to the Heffner Alumni House to meet the coaches and players. A cash bar and complimentary hot drinks, desserts, and snacks will be served. The Office of Alumni Relations has a limited number of tickets available for the Big Red Freakout hockey game. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis, to Ice House attendees only.
