On August 7, 2007, a proposed process to review Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s faculty governance structure was announced to the faculty by Provost Robert E. Palazzo. The proposal was approved by President Shirley Ann Jackson and endorsed by the Board of Trustees August 13, and the Board approved a transitional governance structure that will be in place during the review process. This Web page has been developed to keep the community informed as the review process moves forward.
