Rensselaer has partnered with CEG to sponsor the Venture Bplan Series.

The Venture Bplan Series is a collaboration of the CEG, the Severino Center, and the Rensselaer Incubator Programs. This regularly-scheduled forum is designed for entrepreneurs to get visibility to the region’s angel and institutional investors, business service providers, advisors, students, faculty, alumni and most of the early-stage business community.

The forum also offers a first-look for the business community to the best and brightest early-stage growth companies in our region. Up to two businesses will present in front of a panel of investors as well as the general audience, followed by questions on the business plan specifics. Forums are held every fourth Wednesday of the month at the RPI Alumni Center at 7:30 a.m.

EVE has partnered with the Rensselaer County IDA to provide a seed fund that can be used to help early stage companies transition from the campus to a permanent business location in the county.

A grant of up to $10,000 will be provided to assist companies move to one of the many office facilities within Rensselaer county.
