  General interests: Design, analysis and implementation of numerical methods for differential equations
  
  • Local-structure-preserving discontinuous Galerkin methods
  • Nonconforming finite element methods
  • Computational methods for Maxwell equations (source problems and eigenproblems), MHD equations and Hamilton-Jacobi equations
  • Fast sweeping methods for static Hamilton-Jacobi equations
  • Other high order numerical methods (weighted ENO methods, spectral methods) for hyperbolic conservation laws
