Problem: Younger brothers science project needs 'pep'

My younger brother wanted to look at how electric vehicles work, but didnt have the resources to get it done with the useless assistance of his highschool faculty. Fortunatley a grad student lent me a window-washer platform motor. and the rpi electrical waste (treasure) held the remaining needed components.
