Special Issue of the Human-Computer Interaction journal devoted to Gray & Salzman’s, Damaged Merchandise paper. (Vol. 13, Issue 3, 1998). Paper was a regular submission to the journal. The Editor turned it into a special issue by soliciting 10 commentaries and asking us to write a response.
